Tanya and Vasyl Kucheruk
About them
Tanya and Vasyl Kucheruk are a couple who have been married for more than two and a half years. They have a son, Darius, who is not even a year old yet.
Vasyl, 32, shows his diligence in woodworking and is noted as an active musician, serving as a music minister at the Light of the Gospel Church in Kamyanka.
Tanya, 33, is recognized for her volunteer work at the Grounds Center NGO. Not only does she help with the financial management of the NGO, but she also sets aside time to manage the finances of the English Grounds children’s development center. Before her wedding, Tanya was involved in the TotalFit sports ministry and remains committed to physical activity, especially running. She is now also actively involved in supporting the teen ministry.
Ministry overview
For me, 2023 was a challenging year physically, as we were expecting our son, and at the time of his birth, physical assistance in ministry proved difficult. Nevertheless, I did not let this stop me from helping, and I am grateful to God that small acts can make a big difference.
It was a special blessing that after becoming a mother, my team did not forget about me and even allowed me to share my testimony with the teenagers.
An important lesson I learned was that when I have negative thoughts about someone, I should not be silent or keep it to myself. Instead, I should approach that person and talk about it frankly. This changes everything and helps to build a relationship. In this way, I am free from negative thoughts and have a brighter outlook.
